Unit 3 Reflection

This unit we learned about Potential and Kinetic energy. Both types of energy are a part of mechanical energy. Potential energy is energy that is stored and isn't in motion. Kinetic energy is the opposite as it is the energy of motion. We have learned that potential energy can be converted into kinetic energy such as in Pokemon when a trainer is throwing a pokeball. When Ash is pulling back to throw the pokeball, the pokeball has the most potential energy. When it is released that potential energy becomes kinetic energy as it flies through the air.

Inward-looking
In this unit, I feel like my work was pretty good but in some ways it could be improved. I could add more details in the open responses and I could be more careful with time.Admittedly, I'm a procrastinator since I wait for the last minute to do my Homework.
Outward-looking
I think I can do a better job of managing my time so I'm not stuck doing Homework until 10:00pm(I have Pokemon to play!-3-)
Forward-looking
One thing I would like to improve on is adding more detail to my work. I feel like my work can be so much  better if added more to it or explained it better.

  1. 1. Great example. I love that you found a gif that was relevant to your interests and then explained it.
    2. Thank you for admitting that you procrastinate. I appreciate your honesty.
    3. Great job of reflecting on your work. I think we all can benefit from adding more detail. How are you going to remember to do this?
